Rise Growth OS is Rise’s web application for telemedicine growth operations. It lets Rise staff run patient intake, view Google Ads and Meta campaign performance, manage leads and orders, and operate day-to-day growth workflows in one place.
Rise Growth OS exists so Rise can operate patient acquisition and care operations software for the Rise telemedicine brand. Authorized users sign in to an ops dashboard and CMS; patients use branded intake funnels. The application is not a consumer social app and is not used to resell Google user data.
Why we request Google user data: (1) optional Google Sign-In on intake so patients can prefill name, email, and profile details they already store with Google; (2) Google Ads API access so Rise operators can view advertising performance (spend, clicks, impressions, conversions) for Rise’s connected Google Ads accounts inside the Rise Growth OS dashboard. We use this data only to provide or improve these features.
Core functionality available through this application:
Guided clinical intake for Rise telemedicine. Patients may optionally use Google Sign-In (People API) to prefill profile fields and continue the form faster.
Live campaign reporting in the ops dashboard. Google Ads metrics are pulled through the Google Ads API for accounts Rise connects, shown next to leads and orders.
Authenticated tools for Rise staff: leads/CRM, abandonment recovery, orders, communications, funnel CMS, and related growth workflows.
Google Sign-In / People API: name, email, and optionally birthday, phone, and address — only when a patient chooses Continue with Google on intake — to prefill the Rise intake form.
Google Ads API: campaign and account performance metrics for Rise’s Google Ads accounts — so operators can analyze marketing results inside Rise Growth OS.
